Tom E. Mullen

Practice Areas: Primarily commercial litigation, with emphasis on insurance coverage issues. Other areas include construction issues and hotel/motel issues. Mr. Mullen practices before both trial courts and appellate courts in Oklahoma. During his career Mr. Mullen has appeared in every state trial court and every federal trial court in Oklahoma. He is admitted in the Western, Northern and Eastern U.S. District Courts in Oklahoma and the 10 U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
Education: Mr. Mullen graduated from the University of Oklahoma Law School in 1979. Mr. Mullen received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma in communication. Mr. Mullen worked for Proctor & Gamble between undergraduate school and law school.
Professional Associations: Mr. Mullen is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Oklahoma County Bar Association. He is a past board member of the OCBA. In 1992, Mr. Mullen was invited to join the American Board of Trial Advocate (“ABOTA”). ABOTA is a professional group which required 50 days of civil jury trial to apply for membership. Mr. Mullen has served as a National Board Member, Vice President of the Oklahoma Chapter and two terms as President of the Oklahoma Chapter.
Personal: Mr. Mullen and his wife (Jo Lynne Jones) live in Oklahoma City. Son Johnathan lives in Seattle.
