Practice Areas:
Jacqueline McCormick represents clients in a range of litigated matters, including professional liability, construction defect, personal injury, real estate transactions, and commercial matters. Jacqueline also assists her clients with general business matters and advises on the avoidance of litigation.
Education:
Jacqueline graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2013. She received academic achievement awards for the highest grades in Federal Indian Water Law and Environmental Law. Jacqueline earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and returned to earn her Master of Business Administration.
Professional Associations:
Jacqueline joined Harrison and Mecklenburg as Of Counsel in 2024. Prior to joining Harrison and Mecklenburg, Jacqueline was a shareholder at a large regional law firm in Oklahoma City. Jacqueline is a member of the Oklahoma County and Oklahoma Bar Associations. She has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star annually and a One to Watch.
Prior Work:
After law school, Jacqueline began her practice at Pierce Couch Hendrickson & Baysinger. In 2019, she moved to the firm Hall Estill where she became a Shareholder in 2023. Jacqueline joined CDR in 2025 as Of Counsel.
Personal:
In her free time, Jacqueline enjoys hiking, walking, cycling, and generally exploring. She also scuba dives when she can. She is a former member of the Oklahoma City Museum of Art Moderns Board and volunteers at various local events.
